The City of Lincoln Center offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Utility Bill Payment
How to PAY Utility Bills:
If paying online, click the Green "Pay Your Bill Now" button or call toll-free 877-885-7968. Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your utility bill customer account number.
- Pay from checking or savings ($1.65 convenience fee)
- Pay by MasterCard, VISA or Discover (3% convenience fee)
- Pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill
- Print receipts, view payment history, see status of payments (online only)
How to VIEW Utility Bills (FREE SERVICE):
Click the blue "View Your Utility Bill" button below to view your bill. You need to register in order to view your bill and receive notifications when your bills are ready. Help us save money and resources, please consider opting out of receiving paper bills.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply click on the button below and fill out the form. All forms must be received by the 15th of the month prior to the draft month. Any form received after the 15th will not start ACH the next month. Examples: ACH form received February 7th, 1st draft will be in March. ACH form received February 16th, 1st draft will be in April.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
