School Information

The Lincoln School District has received numerous awards and recognition for its outstanding schools.  Both Lincoln Elementary and Lincoln Junior Senior High School reached the 2006 “State Standard of Excellence” in reading and math. The Lincoln District received the 2006 Certificate of Merit from the Confidence in Kansas Education Task Force for outstanding achievement and uncommon accomplishment. Analysts at Standard & Poor’s recently named Lincoln one of the top 16 Kansas schools when it comes to using their finances to reach academic goals.  The District provides numerous innovative educational opportunities such as preschool, one-on-one student laptops, virtual classes and an alternative school program.  Excellent teachers and staff, along with small class sizes, empower students to reach their potential.
